* Check in time is 14:00  Check out time is strictly 12:00 noon.  Late check out after13:00  until 5 pm is charged at half daily Villa rate. After 5 pm is charged at 1 full night, subject to Villa availability.

*  A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of your booking.                                              *  A Cancellation charge of 50% applies if the booking is cancelled within 7 days. ( subject to period)  *  Any no show booking will be charged at 2 nights 2 bedroom use Villa rate.
