* Maintenance fees are reviewed every 3 years.

* A Land lease tax of THB 138,600.- is payable by the Lessee upon registration of your Villa with the Land Department. This can also be paid in 5 year intervals at THB 23,100.-

* Income tax at 7% is also applicable, but this will be calculated on your room income.

* Electricity and water charges are also applicable, and again calculated on your room income.
